Bigsop.com — Unable to cancel the order

Yesterday 10 April 14 I have made an order (Order no[protected]. But when I tried to cancel it there were no link to cancel it. I tried even their customer care number[protected] and [protected] but no one picked up the call. I also read the review online and looks like this is fraud company. Please help me to recover my money. I request to people be careful about this company, don't use it for online shopping and save your money. Thanks, Ram Kumar Ojha
