Bigtree Entertainment Pvt — Amt deducted but ticket not issued

I was booking 3 tickets for 1.15 pm show today on 25.11.2023 at SVF Narendrapur. The amount got deducted from my credit card but owing to server/connectivity issues at your/their end, the tickets were not issued and seats not booked.
