Bihar Electricity Board — abnormal charges in electricity bills given by north bihar power distribution company limited (npdcl)

Dear sir,
We have been paying electricity bill regularly as per bill raised by local authority. With reference to consumer no[protected] and bill no-[protected], the bill raised (Rs 99019) in march 2018. It seems there has been additional charge on consideration of commercial consumption instead of domestic consumption for building accomodated by students situated besides teachers accomodation. Such additional charges is illogical as connection has been provided officially by m/s ndpcl through electric meter of teacher's building. It is requested to kindly intervene and instruct concerned officials of m/s nbpdcl to alow us to pay regular energy bills instead of abnormal charges levied on us. We had filed online complain (Compain no[protected]. As per compain status, we had no further communication from g. M-gogari till date.
