The complaint is regarding frequent breakdown of Transformer and low voltage in my area Ward No 1 Anand Vihar Colony
Hajipur. Har saal garmi me is area me voltage 125 tak drip kar jaata hai jiske karan koi bhi chij sahi se kaam nahi karti. Har saal garmi me 2/3 baar is area ka Transformer jal jaata hai lekin Department ko lagta hi nahi ki yaha extra Transformer ki jarurat hai.
Is Colony ke pass ek Transformer jald se jald Lagaya jaana chhaiye.

          I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding the irregularities in the electricity billing system in my locality.

          My name is Ravi Singh, and my consumer number is [protected]. Despite repeated complaints and visits to the local electricity department office, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. The issue at hand is the generation of electric bills based on a meter reading that has not been installed at my residence for the past two years.

          Last year, I filed a complaint on the PG Portal, and while they corrected the information on the portal, the corrections did not reflect in the actual bill. The persistent generation of bills with inaccurate meter readings has caused substantial financial distress. For instance, in April 2020, the department sent me a bill of 4000, only to follow it up with an exorbitant bill of 80000 the next month. This alarming inconsistency raises concerns of a potential scam within the electricity department.

          I kindly request your intervention to rectify my billing issues promptly. I am willing to provide any necessary documents to support the correction of my bills and ensure accurate billing in the future. Furthermore, I am eager to install a prepaid meter at my residence to prevent any recurrence of such discrepancies.

          I believe in the efficiency of our government systems and your commitment to the welfare of the citizens. I trust that your intervention will bring about a swift resolution to this matter.

            The Reason I'm Complaining about the Company here is because NBPDCL takes poor action to solve the electricity fault down lines, Even their website doesn't provide any help. Whether a Customer Dies in the Scorching Heat with lack of Water. Earlier Few Times also I tried to Contact the NBPDCL customer care number provided on website as 1912 but it didn't work. This time they have crossed the limits.

            Since last 3 days there is hardly any electricity supply in Raniganj (Araria) area. Light comes for few minutes and then goes out for hours. If this is rain related issue there is no update/information on website/twitter. There is no proper dissemination of information or transparency. There hasn’t been more than 4 hours of electricity supply in last 3 days and inverter etc are all exhausted. We are living in darkness.

              The electricity in Rewasi village which draws power from Riga distribution plant has been always a pain. There has been never a time wherein the voltage fluctuations or power cut issues has been looked into.
              The authorities are also reluctant to hear the complaints as there is no governing authority above them.
              They are less cared about the power and never pick up the call.
              In case they pick there will a standard reply jab thik hoga tab aayega baanki humko pata nahi.
              This is the state of the electricity in this village. Pincode of the village is 843327.
              Please look into the matter on priority and fix the issues.
              As the appliances at home are getting damaged due to low or fluctuating voltage.

                I am highly unsatisfied with your service.
                I have been your existing customer for 35 years as you can see my bill payment laser.

                Nobody has taking pain about customer
                Nowadays nobody has enough time to round daily ways for the single query.

                I am writing very painfully to you. That I haven't got my electric bill for the past 4 months. Regarding this earlier i have contacting our on site home service man
                who suggested that I call one by one the office team. I did the same. But it remains the same result.Then i filed an online complaint as dated 20 march 2023. complaint id-[protected].In previous week one person call to us that you have register a complaint, i told yes
                he took my electric meter some photo for updating the same in office. In between i call to them
                He told us that your bill will be generated as dated 30 april 2023. He suggested please
                wait for updating online complaint status.
                today message came to me that your complaint has been resolved but after checking the issue it became the same.
                Who will be responsible for my bunch of invoices for interest pay.

                I request you to do the needful on an urgent basis.

                    Recharge Money not reflecting

                    My Smart meter balance for Consumer number:[protected] showed -384.11 rs so i recharged with rs 385 using Sugam App and it reflected in my account as a recharge token. when i clicked on "use all tokens" it disappeared and showed "error duplicate token" and my balance still remained -291 rs. Then i recharged with rs 300 using nbpdcl website and it reflected in my account making my balance rs 8. Then i recharged again with 500 rs using nbpdcl...

                    I have not registered for NBPDCL services, however i got this text message today on my phone number which is, "Amount of Rs.46 has been received against bill payment for Con ID:[protected] on date[protected] vide receipt no: 22121112WGX09871033 Thanks -NBPDCL". The account holder of this Con ID is fake and opened a fake and verified Con ID with someone else's phone number. Please check this and should it be the responsibility of NBPDCL to verify each customer's KYC documents, details and registered phone number before approving their registration?
