The Reason I'm Complaining about the Company here is because NBPDCL takes poor action to solve the electricity fault down lines, Even their website doesn't provide any help. Whether a Customer Dies in the Scorching Heat with lack of Water. Earlier Few Times also I tried to Contact the NBPDCL customer care number provided on website as 1912 but it didn't work. This time they have crossed the limits.

Recharge Money not reflecting

My Smart meter balance for Consumer number:[protected] showed -384.11 rs so i recharged with rs 385 using Sugam App and it reflected in my account as a recharge token. when i clicked on "use all tokens" it disappeared and showed "error duplicate token" and my balance still remained -291 rs. Then i recharged with rs 300 using nbpdcl website and it reflected in my account making my balance rs 8. Then i recharged again with 500 rs using nbpdcl...

Mera recharge aaj khatm ho gya tha power cut hone ke baad maine recharge karya fir bhi power cut hain recharge karein huye 6 hours ho gye

Light Not Available from 10 days

Hi,
Light is not available from last 10 days.
Due to wire broken.
This is the service providing by NBPDCL.
Location - Kanta Chowk, (East Region) Dist - Sitamarhi (Bihar)
100 meter away from NH 77 & On SH 52.
If on SH, This is service available then we can expect what would be the service will be on villages...

Also JE is not responding over calls.

High charges wrong meter reading bill generated

This is very sad for Bihar that very huge corruption in NBPDCL.

How this is possible in the rural area for BPL meter you charge such a high amount for only one bulb and fan, last year nobody was there (door locked )but you still charge a very high amount for that I have paid 4k in April Month.

After that every month I am paying on time but August month charges are so high not justifiable.

Regarding Wrong Bill

I applied for a new connection online with a request number [protected]. 1 month 5 days almost completed from the date of submission but I didn't see any progress on that status, then I tried to talk with the JE, he said your application is not approved by IT Manager. May I know how much time it's taking for a new connection?...

bill generated on average basis

I md asim residency of sidhauli village and a consumer of nbpdcl. Since from the month of oct 2018, my electricity bill is coming on the average permise lock basis. Why is it so?
I paid the bill amount 506 rs for month of october receipt no (Nbpd[protected]). But in the month of february when i check my bill on your site it shows 2111 rs for average unit 18 bill no was ([protected])....

wrong bill amount

My CA Number is[protected]. I stay in Bangalore and I keep submitting my electricity bills online. The last valid electricity bill I have submitted on 02/11/2016 for Bill no. [protected], of amount 657 (Receipt No. NBHD[protected]. After that I use to get the bill in negative amount, as no one was staying there and meter reading could not have done. Even there was no power consumption happening during that time.

wrong charges of electric bill no: 2019031101148991 dated 29/03/2019.

Dear Sir,
Please refer my bill No [protected] dated 29/03/2019 where in meter No 4166197 dated 29/03/2019 shows 3415 units consumption. But today on dated 11.4.19 I found meter reading 2443 unit consumption only after personal checking. It means NBPDCL has charged an excess amount of more than 1000 units.
It can be seen from different months bills wherein the trend of billing aver & noted readings are taken irregularly...

I am paying every month bill on an average of Rs 150 but suddenly I got a bill amount of 1352 for current month. Please do the needful and correct my bill ASAP because I don't want to pay fine on payment.

Refer to the subject cited above. A godown of fci (Ardc hajipur) situated at sdo road hajipur was hired in the year 1978 and the godown was de-hired w. E. F 31.01.2017. During the course of de-hiring, fci officer (Depot in-charge) posted at ardc hajipur vide letter no. Fsd/hajipur/electricity bill/2016-17 dated 25.01.2017 informed that electricity bill (Amountrs. 2, 67, 139/-) dated 15.08.2015 in respect of ardc hajipur is still pending....
