Bihar Electricity Board — Not getting electricity bill since past 5 months | |||||
I am frustrated with the bihar electricity board... i am not getting my bill since past 5 months and none of the officers there are listening to my issue... very disappointed with the service and the person whose number registered on the website are not talking to us well... even disconnected the call as they are very busy in there personal life rather then resolving customer problems.
