Sir my self Rahul Ranjan.I have saving type account in Bihar Gramin bank.the bank issue me a ATM card.I use this ATM card approx five months, later ATM card is blocked by bank.After some days bank issue me a new ATM card on 03/10/2016.bank staff told me that it is activated in seven days, but it is not activated in seven days.the bank staff said that ATM card is activated by head office.so you contact to head office by toll free number which is given on ATM card.I contact by toll free number and told my problem, he said that your ATM card is activated on 15/10/2016, but it is also not activated on that day.I again contact by toll free number and told my problem then he said that your ATM card is activated on 20/10/2016, but till this date it is not activated.so I request you to take senior against my complaints and help me earlier.
