Bijendra Kumar — i have paid amount of rs. 19200/- on 29.06.2020. but still scooty not received by owner

I have contact to this person (Mr. Bijendra kumar) rc no. Dl13sw5954 for purchase activa 5g and i have made payment of rs. 19200/- on 29.06.2020 to this no. [protected] through paytm. But, still i have not received sccoty by owner side and he denied to refund amount and delivery of scooty and asking for more payments. He is abusing on phone calls during the conversation.

I request you to take strict action against to this owner and resolve my problems as soon as possible.
