Bikayi — Already cancelled my Ultimate plan still asking for EMI

Dear,
I already cancelled my Ultimate plan which cost arround 18000 per anum. I already paid 3 EMI which adds to down payment of 1800 plus 2700*3. Total amount 10300. I used service only for 3 months. I am not even asking for refund. I am just asking my EMI deduction should be stopped now. Its sheer mental harrsment. Bikayi keep saying we are working on it and they just keep delaying which results to EMI deduction. I am just done and feels like succide. I am done with it.
