I ordered a mobile phone named iPhone 13 from bikayi from 6500 rupees and now I want to cancel my order and refund the amount please help me they didn't responding me properly and telling that it will take one week time and not cancel my order and refund the amount please help me 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have ordered a mobile phone Realme GT Master Edition from ONLINE PLATFORM Bikayi seller name icenter inc, further contacted on his mobile no [protected] and told him for cash on delivery, they asked for delivery charges 199/- which i have paid on account no [protected] (Vijay ambalal soni).
I received parcel on 4 sep 22 then i opened in front of courier boy and got a oppo dead and unserviceable mobile in the packet of redmi note 9 pro whereas i have ordered realme gt master edition. I have to pay 17000/- to courier boy as i have opened the packet. I have called to seller but that time he not picked up the call. Later he called me then i told the i hve received wrong item, then he assured me for refund of money on monday 05 sep 22. On monday i have not received money then again he assured me that up to 1700 hrs on 06 sep 22 he will refund my money. Buy till the time i have not received money and seller is not picking up my call and most of the time
found his phone switched off.

I have ordered shoes 20 days back . Shoes Is not delivered, they were claiming it will deliver in 7 days and I want my refund and they are not processing my cancel order. I waited almost one month to get the process done.after that they said me that there marketing team unable to do marketing.so asked for refund of 7k rs.its been one month and I am waiting for refund.everytime your team says an excuse and telling me to wait now saying no refund..fraud company

I made an order for a mobile cover and my money also got deducted but I did not receive the product yet, it has been over a month now. I also tried calling them but no response, please help me. I paid 1000 rupees

They have closed my website. My subscription amount and payouts are not received yet. No proper customer support and response from the company. there are lots of peoples who are facing the same issue. all the staff of the bikayi not giving satisfactory answer. i have done many email and calls but no time has given by the company. it is totally a scam and fraud company. i request all to stay away from this company. all investors of the bikayi should check their background first. there are lots of people like Raj, rishabh and sonakshi all are fraud persons. No care about the customers and their time and money. i have lost almost 28K. payment screenshot attached.

This Bikayi Cheaters have took 25000 rs from me for digital marketing services and now after 2 months they have not done anything.After fighting with them they agree for refund.And said that refund has been initiated.But till now i haven’t received any refund nor they are giving any bank reference id for refund....

I already cancelled my Ultimate plan which cost arround 18000 per anum. I already paid 3 EMI which adds to down payment of 1800 plus 2700*3. Total amount 10300. I used service only for 3 months. I am not even asking for refund. I am just asking my EMI deduction should be stopped now. Its sheer mental harrsment. Bikayi keep saying we are working on it and they just keep delaying which results to EMI deduction. I am just done...

According to annual leave law in india every establishment must remain closed for one day of the week and every employee in an establishment must be given at least one whole day in a week as a holiday for rest. The employer must fix such a date at the beginning of the year. But this is not the case in this company which is known as BIKAYI. So they say that their working hours are 9 but they make their employees work for 12 hours which can be considered but company also gets its employees to work on Sundays. How can people work without any holiday in the week, everyone gets a day off but they do such thing with their employees. And the most important thing is they don’t even realise that what they are doing.
I have never seen such a bad company.

I made a purchase of ps5 on a website called *Games World* i found on olx.I was made to enter details on their website link.I did enter the details i was told I had to make a payment of 10k part of the money and rest once i receive the order.I bought it down to 5k since i had only that much.He sent me an empty format of ddtc courier template with my address details in it and an invoice he generated from this scam website powered by *Bikayi.com*.I was convinced, i paid.Now im trying to call him and message him on watsapp he is not responding .When you provide https website service to someone you should not do it to fraudsters like these.

Bikayi — Fraudulent Sale
I used bikayi.com portal to buy Nestle maggi noodle pack from seller named “NFC MART”, seller Ph No: [protected]. The cost of the product (inclusive taxes) was Rs. 1000. I made the purchase on 8 March, 2022 at 21:55 PM IST. Right after the purchase the seller stopped responding to any messages and has also stopped receiving the calls. Please return my money..

I have ordered iphone 12 on 23 jan 2022 and recieved a fake iphone on 29 jan and I told them about it then they blocked me . My total amount was 28, 000 and I have filled a fir agaisnt this in police station. Please note it

They have neither generated an order from their end nor are they responding to email or whatsapp queries. Further their phone number seems to be non functional. Purchase was made on 20/10/2021.
I haven't got the delivery. The seller is not responding to my phone and messages. I tried contacting bikayi also but they aslo didn't respond....

I used bikayi.com portal to buy a PS5 from seller named “Game Addicts”, Ph No: [protected]. The cost of the product (inclusive taxes) was Rs. 50, 398.95. I made the purchase on 3 Jan, 2021 at 8:20 PM IST. Right after the purchase the seller stopped responding to any messages and has also stopped receiving the calls. I contacted the complaints dept. of Bikayi.com but they aren’t helping me with the refund.
It was the responsibility of portal to vet the seller and ensure that the company is legit. In this case, i would request the portal to refund the amount fraudulently stolen from me on the impression of sale.
