I have bought a tote via Bikayi on November 1, 2021 via Razorpay and not heard from the merchant ever since. They have neither generated an order from their end nor are they responding to email or whatsapp queries. Further their phone number seems to be non functional. I am not sure how they have raised the kind of money they have but I suspect fraud. I am also surprised how Razorpay tied up with them without due diligence. I have raised this with the payment gateway as well and waiting to hear back. Was this information helpful? |
