Bikayi — Violation of law

According to annual leave law in india every establishment must remain closed for one day of the week and every employee in an establishment must be given at least one whole day in a week as a holiday for rest. The employer must fix such a date at the beginning of the year. But this is not the case in this company which is known as BIKAYI. So they say that their working hours are 9 but they make their employees work for 12 hours which can be considered but company also gets its employees to work on Sundays. How can people work without any holiday in the week, everyone gets a day off but they do such thing with their employees. And the most important thing is they don’t even realise that what they are doing.
I have never seen such a bad company.
