Bike — Bike is not getting started

I took my bike to nearest service center(Vimal moters Pune)
They told me CDI problem and they asked me 11K I told okay pls do change.And they told me it will take 2 Weeks to get the part .

But now it took 1 and half month they are not taking nay proper action
