[Resolved]  Bike — RTO Police

Hello Government/City Police,

Before proceeding further, I would like to request you to please take care of my email seriously. This is really serious.

I am facing this problem with many 2 star cops (RTO Police) who think they are king of roads/bangalore. Today (14th Sep 2010)early morning i was on the way to drop my kid to school. I was entering petrol bunk to fill the petrol, just beside bunk there was ATM wherein I went to withdraw some cash, I removed my helmet there. After that I came back and sat on my bike and not wore the helmet because I was about to enter petrol bunk. 1 two star cop standing there caught me, i was with my wife and kid. He started being very rude to me and started asking money, I know my mistake and I was not wearing helmet so i agree to pay...He told me i have to pay him Rs 600, i asked him why, he started showing me 4 cases on my bike which was not valid at all. 4 cases are mentioned below.

1)Rash driving
2)Signal Jumped
3)Triple seat riding
4) No helmet

I don't know why he charged me this, I am a family man and I know my responsibility very well. I have never given my bike to anyone till date,its a new bike (Activa). Without my wife and kid no one else had sat till date with me (How triple seat came in picture)

Just to meet your target why you guys are troubling loyal citizen, i am a software engineer and know law very well. Apart from this, I saw many people going without helmet there, i showed this to cops, he is telling me they are my relatives let them go, i can catch anyone if I have mood to catch them....he started misbehaving with me and my wife as well, my kid got 1/2 hour late to school + I paid him Rs 600. I don't know why this is happening.

I will appreciate if you guys take necessary action on this cops who is misusing his post. His name is G.C.Krishnaiah, he is 2 star, tall personality, he was standing in front of coles road petrol bunk. I will be sending the same copy of email to Chief Minister, Prime Minister and head of all department. This cop should get the pain which he is giving to public. He is there to guide and help public and not to create problem in their life....not all riders are same. I hope you guys will help me in this. If I dont get any response on this, i have to move to Media and newspaper people. This is not a threat but i know what I faced this morning, I dont have that much of time to sit and write such a huge email.....i hope you understand the necessity of this email.
