as per the terms and conditions of financing company accordinlgy i was paying instalments in time but in 2019 due to unavoidable circumstance, i could not deposit instalments and then bajaj finance company’s representative came at my home and they told me you did not deposit emi’s in time hence we getting the vehicle back to company. You please deposit all your pending dues and get the vehicle back.
Now, as on[protected] in the accounts statement of my saving bank account no.[protected], branch dlf gurgaon, cheque no. 333969 trf/bajaj finance ltd. Got cleared a sum of rs.27594.00. From my account.
At present i do not have my bike back with me nor anybody contacted me to send my bike back. Please inform me what should i do?
