Bike Loan — fraud bank

I already paid all my bike installment but they still deducted money from my bank account. No any single call from them without knowing me they deduct money from my bank account. Now my all dues are closed but its showing me your account status is still active it is reflected to my cibil history.. When i called customer care service they dint have valid answer about it. I request u for all customers do not take any loan from capital first bank its really fake and fraud bank.
