Bilcare Limited — FD Maturity amount not received YET

There were 2 FDs which we used to receive from Bilcare however we have not still received from them. We have followed up on regular basis on mails from them but very sad to say there is not a single response from them. Further when we contacted them via call they informed us that as there is shortage of funds in company hence cannot provide both FD amount only they can afford for one. So as per their instruction we sended them all the required documents but it is very shameful to see such type services to their customer. Till date there is no any response of mails from them.

Please its request to provide my maturity amount ASAP and give response of my mails.
