Bilcare Ltd. — non redemption of fixed deposit

Dear sir,
I have been repeatedly sending emails for redemption of my 2 deposits. However till date I have not got any response from your company till date.

Is this the way your company treats senior citizens.

I am attaching herewith an order of NCLT wherein you have informed them of already having paid 25% of principal to depositors and balance 25% each in may 2017 and July 2017. You have deliberately misled NCLT by giving wrong information to them as I have not received any amount till date.

I once again request you to please release both my fd amounts with accrued interest thereon immediately, details of fd are in trail mail. please understand that I am in urgent need of money.
Further the email id viz.[protected]@bilcare.com is bouncing.

Request all fd holders to send mail to [protected]@nclt.gov.in regarding non payment of deposits.
