I was living and working in UAE last 15 years. In July 2019, I lost my job due to financial crisis. Unfortunately, I have a personal loan and credit card with one o[censored]AE bank.
After losing job, I am unable to repay EMI. I tried to find another job in UAE but didn't succeed. Still I couldn't find a job. I requested bank to postponed EMI 6months more. But they didn't accepted my request.
Bilkis Associates, the loan recovery agent, almost daily sending email stating they are going to take legal action against me in UAE and India as well.
Now they starting to calling me regularly. I am really afraid about action. I have no idea how I prevent them from their harassment.
