this company Bilkis Associates is a collection company sent you doors in India I left dubai in 1999 cause I was pregnant and my husband had a credit card in my name in 2001 I lost my husban in a car accident in Dubai and I have always stayed in India then around[protected] some one from Bilkis came to my door in india asking for 50000Rs that apparently I owed to Hsbc I was young and frightened and agreed to pay in two payments of Rs25000 I arranged for Rs25000 at that time with lot of difficulty and went to their office in Andheri and paid them the money they gave me their letter head saying they have the money I asked an approval from HSBC that the money was received by HSBC and they bluntly refused I then went and put a police complaint against them saying that they were conning me and they were harrasing me for the balance amount. Now they have come back to Harass my brother for the same reason I request any one who is being harrassed by these people to please go to your nearest police station and put in a complaint they need to be stopped
