I would like to know what legal action to be taken against bilkish associates.

As i was working in uae and had some credit cards and was paying timely and regularly till my tenure in uae, now due to recession and cost cutting i have to come back to india, now due to some financial stress i cannot pay, though i have intention to pay when i will financially sound.

But why should i pay to bilkish and who are these people, as they keep calling and harrassing my family members in my absence.

Can anyone guide what legal action to be taken against them, what should i do when they knock on my door in my absence.

Any help, tips would be appreciated
