[Resolved]  Bilkish Associates — Harrasment on behalf o[censored]AE BANKS

I have a issue.

In 2015 i lost my job in uae, and i moved in last minute to home town.
At that time i have creditcard in uae, when i was there i paid the dues promtly.After my job loss am unable to pay.
But now from Bilikish they are sending continously mail and torchering by phone also, they are using bad words to my parents also. How to stop these, let me know if anybody can guide me..

Credit Card — Harrassment in payment of dues though i do not have any

My Fathers name is Mr. Bodhraj Mehta and he has been given pressuringly the credit card of Standard Chartered in the company Torrent Power in which he was working.Now he is not having any of the dues pending and when asked to clarify the Bank persons are narrating that the dues are of Royal Sundaram Insurance, which my father is telling that he never took up, also there is a lot of harassement from their side in which they are interacting in abusive languages and also the Executives visiting are always coming and harassing us.We even did not get any of the verification calls from the Ahmedabad to confim the receipt of the insurance. see we are very much harassed so please look down to the same. Thanks

Recently somebody from Bilkish called me regarding some unpaid Standard Chartered Bank-DUBAI credit card pending dues which I don't even know. Someone by the name of Prakash has called me several times from the telephone nos:[protected] and [protected]. Now, who the hell are they to call me for payments of dues of Dubai Credit Card which I don't even know.

This morning I received a mail from Pradeep Kumar ([protected]@bilkish.com), marking a copy to prakash.[protected]@bilkish.com regarding pending payments of Dubai credit card.

How dare they can haress me and my family in India by threatning with horrifying consequences if I don't make payments o[censored]AE Bank credit card ?

Please advice me how can I tackle them legally for mental harressment to me and my family?

If you are in India Make Complaint to the Nearest Police Stn. and send a Advocate Notice to the Concerned Bilkish Office.

I am also facing same issue with Bilkish. People calling from Hyderabad and Mumbai and harassing not only me but my family also. My Kid recently made suside attempt when they called and threatened her Police arrest her If I will not make payment in Dubai> when try to contact Bank in Dubai Bank simple refuse to agree about any settlement through Bilkish. Will amount which I pay to bank based on Bilkish Phone calls will accepted by Bank. Bilkish not ready to send any email or written communication about payment selltlement.

I am ready to settle the amounts, but only as per my limitations.I am setled now in India due to recession in the UAE. I already made 2 settlements from India for Rak & Citi bank. My intention is to pay the money.Bilkish guys are calling me too almost everyday & harassing me & my family. My parents are old & cannot take this pressure anymore. I am worried something might go wrong with them due to this harrasment. Let me provide you Cell no's of people who keep harrassing me. The irony is that, there is a Lady by the name Sangeeta, whos is among the worst. Somebody pls help me getting rid of these guys. As i said, my intention is to pay, but if they dont stop harrassing me, i will not pay a single pie.

simple, change your mobile number, and don't worry about the situation as you are not the only one who suffered from losing job abroad during the recession and having a loan due there, these people are just trying to milk you and get as much as possible. It is not going to matter the bank as they might have already treated these loan dues from customers as non recoverable and closed their accounts, but if they get atleast some part of these bad debts by any chance, isn't it good for them???, that's where these third party collector comes into picture, , , they try to get the maximum from the customer by frequent calls and disturbance causing to the customer family life, some people fall into this and make some payments out of their hard earnings, and these third party collectors enjoy a major share out of that collection which is already written off by the banks, , , hope you understand the fact now, , they can do nothing in India but only thing is that you cannot travel to that particular country or their group of countries from where you have taken the loan, , peace be with you, Don't worry, , wellwisher

If sombdy call you ask thier proper office address. then tell them I want to settle this matter legaly in india through my advcate.

then wait for their reply. If they are harrassing complaint to cyber cell or nearest police station with the help of your Panchayath member.

I[censored] R still in U. A. E. go to concernt bank and tell your problems. and take easy installment.

i[censored] r in india go to nrearest police stn. with your panchayat member and register a complaint about bilkish harasment. No need to pay bilkish any amount. if you have sufficient amt.settle through bank only. Otherwise you are not able to go U.A.E. again.

Recently I got a call form BILKISH and they told me that I have a pending credit card payment of 40000AED .They told me that I used it in the year of 2009 but there was not a call from mashreq bank till date or not a statement by email. They send me a detail of HDFC bank for transfer my due. I used it in 2008 to 2009 . I pay all my money I have a cash payment receipt of it. i told him and email him to send me a bank statement but they send me a settlement agreement of Mashrequ bank and told me to settle all money on 23rd feb other wish i will have to pay 60000AED. can you please help me to solve this problem???i got a call form BILKISH mumbai office also.form last few month i settled in india.

this is totally wrong, you have liability in Dubai UAE bank & you have to clear this liability. Bilkish is authorized person who handled those case here in India. kind for your information the Indian government is give the permission to BILKISH PVT to follow the customer regarding his laibilty here in India. nobody is not done the work unlegally. As per law when you left the country, you have to informed the concern bank about your new contact details & you new communication address, , First you fall your responsibility, so nobody ask to any question. Bank money belongs to middle class person income part, so your have very careful about this liability. Nobody give a authority to you, you take liability & run away in India . you spoil the name of your country because your guys to misguide. pl z don't do the need ful

first your control your language which is use the word to concern lady . this is your cultural?you are defaulter. you have to pay pending amt to bank. Bilkish person is authrisd person here in India, to follow the defiulter coustmer regarding pending pmt. they have all legal documnt also. you blame to other person, befre that you look yourself, who are you?

Bilkish people are not harassing you . they are hear to cooperate .there are so many customers who dosen t abuse like you infect they praise us

Dont feel harassed by calls or visits, 1000s have returned from gulf due to recession leaving a huge outstanding loan amount and credit card bills. Those who dare to visit your home should be beaten up and taken to near by police station. These bilkish are mere collection agency, many of the collection agency staff have been badly beaten up in a few places in tamil nadu, a few of them are still in jail. There are 1000s of jobs in india, i wonder why these people are taking up jobs in collection agencies. I know a collection agency staff who ruined his life by joining these kind of collection agencies. he is in coma now, and their parents are regretting to have let their boy to work in collection agency. A person who made settlement of credit card through the same agency was surprised to find that not even a single penny was paid to the uae based bank, and the whole money was eaten up by the same collection agency. he still receives calls from the same bank.

I have got an sms on my telephone saying about an over due account, which I do not know about. It even asks me to contact Ms Marj who starts shouting on the phone. As far as I know I don't know anything about this account. Please don't harass me regarding this over draft.

This very true it happens a lot here, Please take things legally, Get a local advocate to solve the issue with a harassment case filed. I understand the loan industry well, as i am working in one, When a loan is written off/Charged off, 10% of the total outstanding can be worked out as a settlement. Work Cleverly. Dont forget the legal notice from your end, Contact the nearest Police station if in case of immediate attention required.

hi everybody, me too a defaulter from UAE. please do not listen to Bilkish they are fake agency they cannot do anything. they send some collectors to my place when i threaten them they disappear. they cannot cannot do anything only try to collect whatever they can thats all. just tell them to file case against you. they can never do that as Indian law does not entertain there action. this is the fact so please raise same voice and u will see that Bilkish will be bankrupt soon and commit suicide. prakash is an he talks as though he is share holder in all UAE banks. he is only a bank writing very good emails sometimes encouraging defaulters to repay and sometime threatening. but no use just thrash one collector then u see that they will not call u anymore. or file a police complaint for harshment bilkish will isolate from u. then they try to make contact in a different way like they call from india and inform that they r calling from UAE bull . just become strong and start threatening bilkish back then u see the results.
