Full description: i had a vodafone postpaid mobile no-[protected] karnataka circle. I was on 850 plus gst plan for a year and then suddenly vodafone changed the plan to 1250 plus gst without informing me. When i called them they said the plan has changed after a year and nothing can be done. I said i will not pay extra as i was never informed about the change of plan from vodafone end. I asked them to close my connection but they generated the bill with new rates. I paid the old value but they kept charging me. I did not paid the remaining amount and then they started threatening me with legal emails and calls. I have paid all the amount as of now but as a consumer it is unfair that they charge extra and then threaten with legal notice.
Desirable resolution: 100 times more they have charge extra, for threatening me with legal notice
