Respected sir/madam,

    complaint against vodafone: unauthorized charges and lack of billing transparency

      vi is a cheater and deducting money and not refunding despite of me showing all proof.. everyone pls change from vi to other ntwrk

      VI has a cheater in terms of deducting money from customers. I was overseas in UK from mid November to mid January and had activated roaming plan of INR 6999 (Unlimited Incoming calls, 120 minutes of outgoing calls) . Around first week of December i was deducted for incoming calls @ INR 70 Rs per minute and call was cut off after exhausting my balance. After that my clients called up and it was out of coverage.       My experience with vodafone idea is quite bad in terms of poor network/signals/call drop apart from irritating messages from vodafone at the time of nearing recharge.       Network issue

      Worst network of Vodafone Idea in Mumbai since more than 8 months as they are unable to solve network issue and keep on promising that we are working on it.
