Sir/Mam, I tried to recharge for Rs 110 for my BSNL number [protected] through SBI internet banking on 12.12.2014 around 10:12 am. The amount was deducted from my account but my number was not recharged. the transcation ID was txt[protected]. Please solve this problem.
