Billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank — Tata Sky recharge amount debited but amount not reflected in balance

I have recharged my Tata Sky on 22nd Dec 2022 at 07:15 pm. The amount was debited UPI ID[protected] but still neither the amount reflected in recharge balance nor it is refunded.
