Billjunction.com — Failed transaction money debited

Made payment 5000/- for the recharge of electric prepaid meter smp 26658 ID PKLT064602 on 21/6/22. amount debited from my account but kesco site shows transaction failed. therefore token number for the amount to recharge the prepaid meter was not generated. but money debited was not received in my bank account
