Hello sir/mam

I have a issue regarding recharge payment for kesco smart meter acc no. 17135724
Reference no. IGALRQLQT3
I recharged my meter account with Rs1000 at 4:09 am on 7 aug 2021 through your merchant site billjunction.com via sbi net banking
But the account did not reflect with the desired balance and the amount was also deducted from bank account

Kindly look into the matter

I have paid Rs.121200 using Billjunction INB towards counselling fee to Annamalai University for Admission to B Sc Agriculture on 19.03.2022 from my SBI A/c vide transaction no. [protected]IGANFIHIC3. Amount deducted from my account but not paid to the client.
Please help me in reverting the money back to my account
