Billjunction.com — Money deducted from my SBI account and didn't received by receiver bank

Sir, i tried to make online payment of Rs 6 lac to DMER Haryana online portal but my payment was unsuccessful and i have received a message quoted as money has been transferred to INB Biiljunction dot com TECH_BILJUN. My money is deducted from my account. What should i do to get it back ? In whic account is is credited? Please help me.
