I have an issue regarding my online payment done on 13th December 2024. I was paying the fees of Rs.1, 92, 000 via net banking from my SBI account to my daughter's college, International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, using net banking. The first time I initiated the payment, I entered all the details and the OTP for Bill Junction, but it showed the message that the session expired. So I initiated the payment again, this time it showed that the payment was successful before showing the message again that the session expired. When I checked my balance in my bank account, it showed the amount of Rs.1, 92, 000 has been debited twice. But it has not yet been credited to the institution's account as I have not yet received any confirmation from their side for either of the transactions, which I always get within 5 minutes.
So I am not sure what the current status is, I need it to either reach the institution's account, or get it back in my account. The reference number for the first transaction is[protected]IGASEWWPD2, and for the second transaction is[protected]IGASEXKXW7. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest, as the amount involved is huge, and I require the amount to complete the fee payment at the earliest, due to hard deadlines.
