I visited last month end for ABS sensor issue of my Swift ZXi 2015 model and the mechanic Srinivas [protected] said you can call and come over. Due to some reason the 1st week of May 2017, I could not show up. For my shock, he told me that the spare is utilized against another customer vehicle. So, I said it's ok because I didn't show up and hence simply instructed him to order. I shall call back and would bring the vehicle. But, there were 2 to 3 calls and his reply was he did not receive the spare in the showroom. After a week again, when I called, there was no response. I called up another engineer and there was no reply either. This is how the service is. Now I need to go and shout at the manager who smiles cluelessly and tries to convince me.

GM - After Sales, Mr. Zain Merchant called up on phone to know the issue. Customer Care of Bimal called me on phone yesterday and assured the spare will be available by today. As promised, the spare part was available for replacement by 2 pm today 31-May-2017. I took my car for the repair and got it done by 1715 hrs with the charges of 1104 INR

I have not gone to the showroom till now but expecting the resolution. Let us hope better solution this way instead of classical shouting
