I would like to brief some details of the service part of that particular showroom which I literally felt that somewhere at some point the fault is there and that is why I am compelled to quote down this letter to you, keeping in mind that I would get some better response. The complaints are as follows:- 1) I delivered my vehicle to your whitefield branch on Tuesday (04/11/2014) at around 12 noon, and asked them to repair my boot door and a front right side body dent. Only two body part repairing was there and asked them to make my vehicle as a new one. on that day when I went to take my vehicle back I saw a bulging on the front right side, while enquiring he told me there is rust inside. So charged me fully for the repair and also the damage not got fully repaired. I felt a part of cheating then for the first time. While shouting, and after doing calculations they got ready to replace the part. 2) Now coming to the engine repair part. I told the guy who made the job card for me that my front left tyre get touched in body when 4 people travels in my car during any humps or speed braker, and also my new tyre got worn out (front left). I want that to be repaired, as that is one of the major part. He told me what all he will check...etc, I don't know why he told me all those, as for me my vehicle disease on that part should get rectified, that's it. he changed all the suspensions ...etc and made a bill of Rs 18700/- (approx) on that part. I cleared all the bills n took my vehicle that day itself, and also enquired 101 times that is my vehicle fully alright? He told me Yes and also ensured me 101 times that the disease no longer pertains. It won't touch the body again. Today, me, my mom and my bro went for a drive with my car but then I felt the same disease pertains still. The left front tyre getting touched during humps and speed brakers and also if I turn my steering towards left fully the tyre touches the body. Hardly any gaps leaves at that part then. All these I told him during submitting my vehicle for servicing. 3) Now, my vehicle clutch release was very high previously. They told me I need to change the clutch plate and pressure plate. I immediately asked them to change it. Now that day I made the shoutings because of this one reason also. I should release the clutch at the same top level to make my vehicle move. then after that lady who was there with you went with me and told them to adjust they did it. But still its not upto mark. There are still some free play in the clutch. I changed the clutch plate and pressure plate right? So why can't the clutch release become like a new Wagon R. Or are those guys trying to fool me by not replacing the new clutch plate, and they adjusted in the old one. As he was telling me he can't make it like a new Wagon R. Or are there any organizational strategy not to make any old vehicle like a new one, by giving the customers any one reason or the other, as he told me new Wagon R is K series engine so can't be like that, so that getting fed up of the old vehicle the customer than opt for a new one? There are some sounds during the clutch release. When I told him that day he taught me how to release the clutch not to get that sound. Just for the information, I learnt driving way back in 1990 at my father's Ambassador. And too know quite a lot about vehicle, as car is my passion and I am dealing with cars since my childhood. I don't think so I should take a class of driving at your institute again to learn how to drive a car at Bangalore streets.. The sound is still during normal running when u suddenly releases the accelerator padel during Third gear and in between 30-35 speed. Its a adjustment problem purely. Might be of the propeller shaft or of the Cross, as it seems like that. 4) The body sounds are still there. When some one sits at the back seat and the vehicle goes on a wavy road the sounds are there. 5) Now most importantly, when I was going through the bill that day one by one. There was a part named Perfume and charged Rs.218/-. previously when the person was interacting with me over the phone when my vehicle was yet to be ready, I asked him for some discounts. So he gave me a discount of Rs 186/- So now when I saw the bill and enquired about the perfume, the guy told me they gave me a perfume in my car. When I went for test drive there was no extra perfume in my car apart from the one which I had. So I asked him which perfume is he talking about? he immediately called someone spoke something in Kannada and told me that he asked that person to remove the perfume. I went to the car immediately along with this person who was explaining me the bill, and asked him where is the perfume. He told me that the other guy removed it and went for a test drive. Then what he told is more interesting, he was already holding the bill and in the bill there is a discount of Rs 186/-, and he told me that they deducted the perfume amount already and rest Rs 20/- he will reduce. Is this a Fish Market? Are those guys charging the customers on whatever accessories they have in there car itself or they are trying to fool or cheat people? The amount may be less but this purely indicates a fraud. What is the guarantee they changed my clutch plate? and why still my front left tyre is getting touched to body during hump and speed brakers when 4 people sits in my car. Why the pick up of my car is still not upto mark and why my clutch release is not like a new car after paying a huge bill of Rs 30000/- (approx). I am taking this matter very seriously and will inspect my vehicle with other maruti dealers. And if I found any fault on their part, then it will compel me to register a case at consumer court against Bimal Whitefield branch. I am totally unhappy with the service, and also I am going to report this matter at social networking site and also to media as I got much better service at Mandovi Motors before. Request you to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and seriously. I want my vehicle to be upto mark after paying such a huge bill amount. I sincerely apologize if I hurt you in any form during this conversation as I am fully upset with the service tendered by your executives. Moreover my vehicle keeps on humping even on smoother roads after this servicing. What is the difference between servicing my vehicle with Maruti Authorised dealer and a local garage then, if the output is like this. Even the local garage does a better job.
