Binatone — Binatone Land line Receiver Spirit 111N is not working

I have purchased Binatone Spirit 111N Basic Corded Landline Phone for Office & Home (Black) from Amazon one 3 Mar, 2022. After 10 months it's not working. My land line connection is ok. The receiver is not working.

Pleae look into the matter.
