Bindhu — Huge amount for septic tank cleaning

I am residing at thirumullavoyal near to salvation matriculation school, in a flat hete we have to clear septic tank bimonth . here the agency charged rs. 5000 for 2 times unloading it is a 16000 ltr tank it is a huge compared to other muncipality. Another one is some times they throw way septic tank waste near to school it is a very bad thing Pl take neccessary action
