My connection has not been working for 5 days now and the ACT service team's been giving me standard response, will work in the next few hours. SLA is 24hrs which has been breached, I would like to understand what is the SLA for breaching a contract? The ACT engineers are unprofessional, service team does not even know what service is all about and the sales team makes large claims of professionalism. We have one ISP provider worse than another.
