I tried to make a deposit into my Binomo account, but the platform didn't accept it. I want to know the reason for this refusal and under what conditions it happens. On other occasions, I have also made deposits that remained pending for a few days. I expect an urgent explanation, or else I will be forced to close my account and transfer my investments to another platform."

    I would like to inform the platform that I have been contacted by individuals claiming to be their representatives, inviting me to invest in the platform in exchange for bonuses. Due to their persistent behavior, I suspect they are fake agents trying to scam me. I would also like to receive clarification on the security measures in place for sharing my data with the platform. I don't want my information to be compromised by malicious individuals.

      I'm having recurring issues when trying to withdraw my earnings on the Binomo platform. Several times, the withdrawal remains pending for two or three days, and I can't withdraw my money on the expected date. If this continues, I will withdraw all my money because it's not acceptable to rely on funds and not be able to access them. I want to know what Binomo has to clarify about this.

        I started using the Binomo platform recently. First, I tested it on the demo account, gained confidence, and then switched to the real account. The deposit process was extremely fast. However, as soon as I tripled my investments and wanted to withdraw half, problems started to arise. First, there was an identity verification process, and they claimed they didn't accept the document I sent. Eventually, I managed to verify, but it took over a week to withdraw my funds. My question and criticism are: Why is depositing fast, but withdrawals are so slow?

          I have been using the Binomo platform for a long time, and nowadays, withdrawals are much slower than before.             I became a VIP customer in early March with hopes of improving my trades and learning more about the platform to achieve higher profits. The problem is that the manager rarely responds to my questions, so I don't think it's worth it. Why this attitude towards VIP customers?

              Some time ago, I made several suggestions to the Binomo team, such as implementing more metrics and indicators, new visual features. It seems like the support and suggestions team at Binomo doesn't exist because they didn't even respond to my email.

                I am disappointed with the platform. I know people who have more than one account, among other things. I have never done anything like that, always followed all the rules of the platform, and had my account BLOCKED! The worst part is that they didn't even say the reason.

                    I have a VIP account on Binomo, and I think I should be treated that way as well, but to my surprise, the agent doesn't bother responding to me on any of my queries. Binomo should look into it, as it is what we paid for!

                            I have been a loyal customer of Binomo for During this time, I have diligently invested my time and capital in trading activities, following all the rules and regulations set forth by your platform. However, I am extremely disappointed to inform you that my recent attempts to withdraw funds from my account have been met with significant obstacles and delays.

                            According to your platform's policies, the funds should have been transferred to my designated bank account within 3 days or 24hrs However, it has been more than one week since my request, and I have yet to receive the funds. This delay is causing me immense financial strain and anxiety.

                            I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer support team regarding this matter, but the responses I have received have been generic and unhelpful. I have provided all the necessary documents and complied with the verification process promptly, yet my issue remains unresolved.                                   I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds.
