      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the withdrawal issues I have been facing with my trading account at Binomo.

      I have been a loyal customer of Binomo for During this time, I have diligently invested my time and capital in trading activities, following all the rules and regulations set forth by your platform. However, I am extremely disappointed to inform you that my recent attempts to withdraw funds from my account have been met with significant obstacles and delays.

      According to your platform's policies, the funds should have been transferred to my designated bank account within 3 days or 24hrs However, it has been more than one week since my request, and I have yet to receive the funds. This delay is causing me immense financial strain and anxiety.

      I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer support team regarding this matter, but the responses I have received have been generic and unhelpful. I have provided all the necessary documents and complied with the verification process promptly, yet my issue remains unresolved. This lack of transparency and failure to address my concerns has left me deeply frustrated and questioning the integrity of your company.

      I would like to bring to your attention that such unprofessional behavior not only damages your reputation but also raises serious questions about the credibility and reliability of your platform. As a valued customer, I expect to be treated fairly and receive prompt assistance when facing issues with withdrawals or any other aspect of my trading experience.

      I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter by ensuring the prompt release of the funds I am entitled to.             I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds.

                        Has Binomo become an objectionable platform? It's been 21 days today for my withdrawal, I had done this withdrawal on 15th May, and today 21 days have been completed, till now the withdrawal has not come in my account and the status is showing as successful, mail is also successful with me. Received but till now the withdrawal has not come in my account and everyday i am told that your amount will reach in your account in a short time give some more time but i am being fooled till now my amount is in my account The withdrawal has not reached my account, is this a standard platform, is this a reliable platform, want to know why Binomo is doing this?
