I recently deposited into my Binomo account. I forgot to check if the deposit was reflected in my account for a few days until today, when I could not see the deposited amount in my account. Return my deposited amount, please.

        My Binomo account is blocked for unclear reasons, and customer support will not fix it even after multiple complaints. The platform controls users' trades and is not even regulated.

            I deposited into my account, and it disappeared. When I contacted customer support, they told me they did not receive the money and that I had to get in touch with the bank now. After wasting so much time, I talked to the bank, who will hopefully process my refund.

                  Binomo is a strange trading platform, or someone wants me to think so. Someone pays agents to post Youtube videos tricking people into joining Binomo through their links and then stealing your funds.

                        Upon running into a problem, I contacted an agent for guidance. However, the agent started to ask for my personal information and login details. When I told him this was against the rules, he threatened to block my Binomo account permanently. Beware of fake agents, everyone.

                          Binomo keeps requesting account verification whenever I try to withdraw my profits. There should be no problem when I submitted my documents last week. Why are you still asking for the documents? Were they rejected? Please look into this.

                                  Having a VIP account on any platform means you receive VIP treatment. Binomo is treating me (a VIP client) like any standard client. The agent has yet to respond, and my queries have been going unanswered for a while now.

                                      After a few months of inactivity, I opened my Binomo account and discovered that the platform had charged an unnecessary monthly cost. Upon contacting customer support, I learned that they deduct this monthly cost if there is no trading for 90 days. The charge is excessive and should be decreased!

                                      The subscription fee is one of the rules of the platform. Binomo starts deducting the subscription fee three months after your last trading activity.

                                      However, do not worry if you don't have enough funds in your balance. Your balance will be 0 and you won't have a negative balance.

                                      If you have funds available in your balance and fulfil the withdrawal conditions, you can withdraw your funds before the deduction!
