Binomo needs to take strict action against scam agents on the platform. I have been coming across a few of them recently. Hopefully, customer support will take care of it.

    It is time Binomo updated the indicators on their platform and provided better trading tools to VIP clients so we do not lose out on funds. Hoping to see this change soon.

      Upon running into a problem, I contacted an agent for guidance. However, the agent started to ask for my personal information and login details. When I told him this was against the rules, he threatened to block my Binomo account permanently. Beware of fake agents, everyone.

        Binomo keeps requesting account verification whenever I try to withdraw my profits. There should be no problem when I submitted my documents last week. Why are you still asking for the documents? Were they rejected? Please look into this.

              Upon submitting a withdrawal request for my amount, Binomo asks me to verify my account. How many times should I send you my documents for verification? Is anyone even paying attention to client requests? Please look into this matter.

                Having a VIP account on any platform means you receive VIP treatment. Binomo is treating me (a VIP client) like any standard client. The agent has yet to respond, and my queries have been going unanswered for a while now.

                  What is going on, Binomo? The deposit process always goes smoothly, but whenever it is time for me to withdraw my amount, there seems to be an issue. The platform keeps asking for verification even though I have sent you my verification documents.

                    After a few months of inactivity, I opened my Binomo account and discovered that the platform had charged an unnecessary monthly cost. Upon contacting customer support, I learned that they deduct this monthly cost if there is no trading for 90 days. The charge is excessive and should be decreased!

                    The subscription fee is one of the rules of the platform. Binomo starts deducting the subscription fee three months after your last trading activity.

                    However, do not worry if you don't have enough funds in your balance. Your balance will be 0 and you won't have a negative balance.

                    If you have funds available in your balance and fulfil the withdrawal conditions, you can withdraw your funds before the deduction!
