Never bothered when the payment is not recieved to the customer account when deposited though their payment deposit system even when contacted with the payment proofs. I'm getting a irrelevant answers to the different support team and least bother when a customer contacted the support team. They will take their own sweet days and finally saying that i have to contact the banker. Past 3 months i had a 4 payments which was deducted from my account and not received the amount till now. I want all my amount along with the struggle i have faced during this days with the penalty.

      Deposit the amount of Rs. 9000/- on 24th October 2022, through Internet Banking in Habib Metro Account Flexible Industry, but till today the amount was not deposited in Binomo Account.

        What makes me upset with the Binomo account is that when it comes to the deposit, they are willing to make money fast, but when it comes to withdrawal, they take ages. They want my verification, but when I send documents, they refuse. How can I withdraw my profit?

          I have a VIP account on Binomo, and I think I should be treated that way as well, but to my surprise, the agent doesn't bother responding to me on any of my queries. Binomo should look into it, as it is what we paid for!

                  I am so disappointed that this has happened to me and my Binomo account. I am a regular user, and as soon as I received some profit and tried to withdraw, they blocked my account! How on earth can they do this? I didn't even go against the rules.

                    My account is blocked, and I got an email stating I violated the agreement. Please state clearly what I have done, whereas I haven't done anything, and I want my account back; if not, at least my deposit back!

                        Kindly ban this company. They are big fraud and scam. I deposited money and when I get profit they block the account. When people lose the money they are fine.                                 This platform manipulate clients activity and making client to loss money. They support team and DRC team not work so effectively. Without any verification they simply say there is no ground/ evidence to justify the complaint which client raised. What these company to ban in india as its doesn't have any licence or it doesn't come under any department to regulate it operations and no guarantee for client personal information.

                                  I have an account on Binomo. My name is Aditya Raj. My user ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                  I have deposited 25, 000 INR on my account yesterday. I want to withdraw my account but binomo is charging 2500 INR(10%) commission on my withdrawal amount.

                                  Even after that they are not ready to give my amount back. They are putting terms & condition again and again. Now they are saying that you have to wait for atleast 10 days due to security check up. I want my money back. Please help me, It is a hard earned money of mine.

                                    first i made a withdrawal request on 30th may they asked me to wait for 3 days and after continous followup and complaints after 3 days they credited back the amount to trading account again i made the request of withdrawal again they are asking me to wait for more 3 days . they didnt given any reason for rejection also .

                                        Binomo is a fraud platform.. It's a scam. Binomo taking everyone's money by illegally.. Also their all agents are fraud, , who always tells in YouTube join Binomo by using their links and deposit money.Binomo taking my money, more than 15000 illegally. They and their agents never give profit.. Hardly they will give some profit, , but end of day, end of month everyone will lose their capital.. If we can't stop them right now, , they will finish our young generation.. I want to take a legal action against them..
