I was gone for several months and after I returned and logged into Binomo I found out that my money had disappeared from the account. I think I have been robbed! Who will tell me where my money has gone?

Hello!

If you were inactive for a long time the subscription fee might be the reason, the subscription fee is one of the rules of the platform. Binomo starts deducting the subscription fee three months after your last trading activity.

However, if the client doesn't have enough funds in balance. The balance will be 0 and they won't have a negative balance.

    Regarding withdrawal unavailable

    Hi,
    This not a complaint, I just want to know why when I try to withdraw my fund it shows withdrawal unavailable, has paused for security

    I've got a VIP account on Binomo and I totally expect to be treated like a VIP. But I'm shocked! The agent couldn't care less about my queries. Binomo better step up their support 'cause this is exactly what we paid for, and we deserve some proper attention!

      I've been stuck waiting for my deposit for a week. Binomo straight-up won't let the money into my account. What the heck is going on? To put it mildly, I can call it a trader-unfriendly platform. Get things in order.

        I woke up this morning, all ready to withdraw my sweet profit, and bam! There's this message saying my Binomo account got blocked out of nowhere. No heads-up, no nothing! I reached out to support, and now I'm stuck waiting for their response. This is seriously messed up.

          I requested a withdrawal from Binomo on July 1st and had to wait 3 days. After non-stop complaints, they finally refunded the amount back to my trading account.. Then, I went ahead and made another withdrawal request, and now they're telling me to wait for another 3 days! When will I get my money?

            Recently I encountered a Binomo review with a user experiencing technical issues and saying that they are unhappy with the customer support provided by the platform. He also had delays in withdrawing funds. This has made me doubt the platform's reliability. Is Binomo regulated at all?

              I tried to withdraw money from Binomo many times. This is a very time consuming and tedious process. I constantly run into delays and withdrawal fees, which only add to my disappointment. If I'm paying a withdrawal fee, at least make the withdrawal process easy.

                I'm using Binomo from 1 year and I never find any problem in using it. I don't know why some people leave bad comments about it. In last month, i earned 3 lac inr. Thank you Binomo for providing us such a great platform

                  This is not a complaint. Actually I want to thanks Binomo for this incredible platform. I'm a student and I earned around 1 lac Indian rupees so far by trading on Binomo. Love this platform's interface. Really appreciate it....

                  I am new and just trying to set foot in the trading world. However, I must say that the severe lack of instructions on how to use Binomo and start trading is highly discouraging to me. How am I supposed to trade on the platform when there is a lack of instructions?

                  To start trading, kindly follow these 5 simple steps:
                  1) Choose a financial asset,
                  2) Set transaction expiration,
                  3) Enter the investment amount,
                  4) Predict chart movement direction,
                  5) Press the respective key, either "Up" or "Down."

                  You can find trading instructions, video tutorials and all information on how Binomo works on our platform in the "Help Center" section.

                    I have been experiencing Binomo login issues lately. This has become a serious hassle since I cannot log in to my account even though I am sure I am adding the right credentials. How am I supposed to solve this? I contacted customer support yesterday and am still waiting for a reply.

                      I have attempted to download Binomo apk file almost ten times, with every attempt failing miserably. The file always comes out to be corrupted and doesn't install properly. This is even more frustrating because the platform advertises downloading its app is incredibly easy. However, the truth is something else. This is my first time trying to trade on Binomo, and the start is unpleasant.

                        It's not funny at all to ask me for documents for the third time! How much more do I need to confirm that I am me? Maybe already enough? I just want to withdraw my money!

                          Is Binomo safe? I’ve heard so many stories about people losing their money on this trading app. It’s hard to know who to trust and what to believe. There are so many binomo scams out there, it’s scary. I don’t want to risk my hard-earned money on something that might not be legit. I wish there was more information available about whether Binomo is reliable and safe.

                            The Binomo app is definitely not user-friendly. Making use of the app is like trying to solve a puzzle without any clues. It is so confusing, I wish they could just simplify things. Right now it is just an annoying headache.

                                Hey there! I'm a VIP trader on Binomo, and I've been trying to reach out to my manager, but no response whatsoever! I've got this urgent problem that needs direct attention, you know what I mean? I'm just clueless about what's going on. Is there any other way I can get in touch with you, 'cause the usual channels ain't doing squat for me? And seriously, can y'all at least give me a heads-up if you've received any of my contact attempts?

                                  I contacted customer service several times on the Binomo app and I never got a satisfactory answer. They are most times unresponsive, unprofessional, incompetent and unhelpful. I don't believe they care about their customers, they only care about their money. They don't solve any problems, they only create more.

                                    I don't trust Binomo at all. I am not aware of any licenses they have or if they are regulated by any authority. All I hear about Binomo is fraud and I have not yet seen signs that say otherwise. The other day I deposited some money into my Binomo account yet it has not reflected up till now. Their customer support is also difficult to interact with, and they have no transparency. It should be avoided.
