          I just received an email from Binomo claiming that I broke terms of service, and as a result, Binomo abruptly blocked my account. If that's the case, they'd better have included some evidence in that email to prove what I supposedly did wrong. 'Cause let me tell you, I always trade by the rules, and I don't appreciate being accused without any solid explanation. I demand you restore my account immediately. Otherwise give me back my money

            My bank card was blocked, so I asked a friend for a card to deposit into my account. However, when I enter the card details, Binomo does not allow me to complete the transaction. What is the problem? Why cannot I deposit my account?

                I've been trying to complete my registration on Binomo for two whole days. I've begged Binomo multiple times to send me a confirmation email, but they just do not hear me.                       When I tried to withdraw my money from Binomo, they hit me with a request to verify my account. Like, seriously, how many times do I gotta send them my documents for verification? Is anyone even paying attention to us customers?                         Two days back, I put $80 into my account. So, today I decided to cash out some funds, but guess what? Binomo hit me with a surprise 10% commission charge! I reached out to support, "What's up with this?" And you know what they told me? They told me to read the Terms and Conditions. And anytime I chat more questions, their response is to wait for days, sayin' they need time to process my info. This is straight-up ridiculous!

                          I was ready with fund to withdraw rs 14000+
                          Then they block the withdraw so I can’t withdraw they said it take 10 days to verify
                          In the mean time I was trade and make it to 16800+ then I take an up trade for 1 minute
                          The response after clicking was late this was happened constantly for 5 trades and loss and end up this zero it was sureshot trade due to this late response fund goes to zero even tho I had good internet, I want my funds back. Like it was like planned and slow down and I had to reload again and again

                            If you were inactive for a long time the subscription fee might be the reason, the subscription fee is one of the rules of the platform. Binomo starts deducting the subscription fee three months after your last trading activity.

                            However, if the client doesn't have enough funds in balance. The balance will be 0 and they won't have a negative balance.

                              I've got a VIP account on Binomo and I totally expect to be treated like a VIP. But I'm shocked! The agent couldn't care less about my queries. Binomo better step up their support 'cause this is exactly what we paid for, and we deserve some proper attention!

                                    I requested a withdrawal from Binomo on July 1st and had to wait 3 days. After non-stop complaints, they finally refunded the amount back to my trading account..                                         I tried to withdraw money from Binomo many times. This is a very time consuming and tedious process. I constantly run into delays and withdrawal fees, which only add to my disappointment. If I'm paying a withdrawal fee, at least make the withdrawal process easy.
