[Resolved]  Binomo — Why this attitude towards VIP customers?

I became a VIP customer in early March with hopes of improving my trades and learning more about the platform to achieve higher profits. The problem is that the manager rarely responds to my questions, so I don't think it's worth it. Why this attitude towards VIP customers?
