There are two ladies in this department who abuses students who fight for there rights. They directly gives 'DHAMKI' that if you want internal marks then don't mess with us otherwise we will fail you in exams. Name of these two ladies are respectively, one of them called herself head of the department Dr. Dumita rajput who is Ph.D. holder from life science background, but doesn't know how to adjust microscope. She is head of department of Bioinformatics but doesn't know which tools are used for docking. She says we use team viewer which is desktop sharing tool. Where autodock Vina, DOCK, SWISDOCK, GOLD, etc. tools are present for docking. Being Bioinformatician one should know very well about docking. Another person is Ms. Vrushali Patil she is Master from Bioinformatic field still she doesn't know that we have to remove water molecules and natural ligands from proteins before docking and if we ask her about that then she says no we have to use raw proteins which we can get from some online tool s like PDB as it is. HEX asked us to use HEX for docking which is not updated from last 9 years and it is correctly written that this tool is not used now a days. When we pointed that point she asked use to use online tool SWISSDOCK during our final M.Sc. SEM-4 exam which is automated. But our external asked us to use manual tool where we have to remove all there unwanted parts from protein so we used HEX. We were not knowing that, still I tried to remove that water molecules and ligands but I wasn't able to remove it. Even we aloted some time to complete our work in and we have to complete our all work in that particular time along with drawing new ligands which haven't given on online sites i.e. ZINC etc., find ligands from research paper which we can used for docking with that perticular protein we have to dock arleast 15 ligands with protein to check binding affinity and finally we have to find out best ligand among all those ligands. So I did my work or rather whole class did the same thing that we used that protein as it is and our external deducted our marks for that. If we ask her any doubt she says I will tell this tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes. Both Vrushali maam and Dumita maam were not taking our lectures and practical in last semester for 3 months because they decided to organize 2 days seminar and they were not allowing our visiting faculty to take lectures. They asked us to do marketing part we maam we are not good enough in marketing so give us some other work they said 'TUMLOG KI LAYAKIHI MARKECTING KARANE KI HAI ABHI SE AADAT DAL LO YOU WILL NOT GET JOB IN THIS FIELD', when we decided to not to work in this seminar and we will complain to our principle they called my parents gave some stupid egoist reasons and said they will fail me in final exam and then they told to my other friends that they called my parents on that day and if my friends if they go to principle sir they will call their parents. At the end in last one month she took our practicals only, you will understand how we completed our MSTERS practicals in one month we were in so much hurry and tense condition that we had to complete our final projects and journals at same time along with taking signature of our guide who was working in another institute we had to take her appointment, making black book, preparing journal for all papers at same time and at end she we did it at time where their 'CHAMCHAS' were didn't do it. They asked us to make whole journal again before 2 days of final exam. I have completed my masters in 2013-14. You might say then why I am complaining now after so much long time but, After masters I felt like I will not meet these ladies ever again so let it be, but yesterday there was convocation day our college we five friends went there for convocation who were actual suspects during our two years of masters academic year. She asked volunteers that give stupid reason when they try to come in and don't allow them to come in. They were not allowing use to in on the basis of our dress code where other students actually did were what ever they want. We did wear dresses according to dress code only two o[censored]s had little bit off-white shade dresses and other students actually did wear yellowish shade dresses. And we come to know she did this when finally that volunteer asked us to ask Vrushali that should we go in, she didn't allowed us when we asked other teachers from another department they said yes you are allowed. So I decided that I will through complaint against her. I don't have any hard proof against them i.e. any video or photograph but I want justice and if they continue doing this our next batch will also suffer like this only. So, there is my humble request to you that take strict action against them.
