Biotrimlabs — non delivery of product

1. I had made a credit card payment for online purchase of six bottles of testoultra from for 6703/- on 30 dec2017. 2. As per their policy the product was supposed to have been delivered within 14-15 days with a cushion of another 7 days due to heavy rush and holiday season. 3. I had sent periodic mails to biotrimlabs on non delivery of product on 16, 20, 23 & 30 jan 2018 but received the intimation from the web site customer support that the product has been shipped to india on 06.01.2018 with no further details available from local courier services. The following are the details of email:- dear xxxx we are happy to report your order has been successfully processed by our warehouse and is on the way! Please keep in mind that if you ordered multiple products, your shipments may be combined in the same package. Product shipment: testoultra - pack shipment website: shipment number: asl20171231in554751 date shipped: 12/31/2017 order: 53bd10d24d44484f[protected] many thanks, biotrim labs contact us 4. I feel cheated and duped since i have approached the customer care n times to either dispatch the product again by courier or refund my money. However i got no response and it almost two months that the product has been ordered
