I have not received my order and it is now over a month. 3 Emails have been sent and responded to by automated reply. Site looks legit but is a scam.

I have place an order of one bottle but they charged me for 6 bottles of testoultra. I am no longer interested on the order but I want my money back please. They have deducted R3394.95 from my bank account instead of R466. 75 and I need to pay rent with some of the money please help me💔💔😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🙏

Originally i have ordered for supply of one bottle o[censored]ltratestosteron only. However while making payment through credit card you have debited amount equal to six bottles o[censored]ltratestosteron ie. This is a case of cheating. 140.86 dollars was paid for supply of 6 bottles o[censored]ltra on 17th january, 2019. Evenafter lapse of more than four months, i have not received any reply or supply from the firm it is clear that they are not interested in supply o[censored]ltratestosteron medicine ordered. You are required to refund my money immediately without further delay. There is no reply or confirmation from the firm i'm trying to reach through phone but no response from them. I'm sending regular mails but no reply is forthcoming from the firm. Now i am requesting to refund my money immediately without further delay as they are not inclined to supply the product ordered. Normally they are supposed to supply within three weeks of time. Now nearly four months lapsed there is no other option to seek refund the money paid to the firm

Though iam contacting regularly no reply is forthcoming. More than 45 days lapsed, i have not received neither medicine nor confirmation.

I had ordered for one bottle (Rs 1475/-) of testo ultra but amount is deducted for 6 bottles (Rs 10005/-). When i sent a mail to the customer just minutes after the deduction, they replied to me that the order had been processed and refund was not possible.
I am sorry to say that these types o[censored]nethical business practices are deployed by biotrimlabs to dupe innocent customers.

I was ordered for testoultra six bottals pack online on dated 09/05/2018 but you did not deliver my order till date. It is cheating your company cheat customer, if you can not delivery of my order i shall go to consumer fourm therefore you are warn to give satisfactory reply or refund my money witch you credited from my sbi visa credit card. Amounting rs. 10005/

1. I had made a credit card payment for online purchase of six bottles of testoultra from biotrimlabs.com for 6703/- on 30 dec2017. 2. As per their policy the product was supposed to have been delivered within 14-15 days with a cushion of another 7 days due to heavy rush and holiday season. 3. I had sent periodic mails to biotrimlabs on non delivery of product on 16, 20, 23 & 30 jan 2018 but received the intimation from the web site customer support that the product has been shipped to india on 06.01.2018 with no further details available from local courier services. I feel cheated and duped since i have approached the customer care n times to either dispatch the product again by courier or refund my money. I am from ghaziabad sahibabad up. And i am unable to contact the india customer service number. I placed an order the testoultra, when i was placing the order on your website, the price mentioned there as rs 1450, however, after placing the order, i have been charged 10005/- could you please explain. This is totally not acceptable. Also, i have not received any confirmation email ([protected]@yahoo.in) mob no.[protected] from your side. How could you charge so much non authorized amount without my consent.

Please cancel my order and request you to deposit my money through my account immediately

Paid 10, 005 rs through sbi internet banking on 28.07.2017 for testo ultra bottle.
Wished to buy one bottle only, but while paying they charged this amount for 06 nos bottles.
No feedback regarding payment, shipment of product from company to me till date at the said address provided by me.
Want to track what is going on.

On 5 th august 2017 i have placed order for three bottles of testoultra on offer price of inr 10005 and made payment on my visa card for inr 10005 and got message that 10005 have been edited from my account from payment gate way
Following that i have not received any order confirmation to my mobile or email to my email id immediately or even so for i have been trying to get that but i could not i am doubtful in this regard
Hence i am registering a complaint for redressal

For some reason I ordered some Testo Ultra on 20th March 2017 and paid Rs.10005 (INR) to biotrimlabs.com. On the same day I wanted to cancel the order and mailed the same at [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. But no response was received from their end.

On the next day I received a mail from BioTrim Labs Support saying some of their representative will talk to me shortly. But nobody responded till today.

I am from India and I am unable to contact the India customer service number. When I was placing the order on your website, the price mentioned there as 1450 INR, however, after placing the order, I have been charged 10005 INR. Could you please explain. This is totally not acceptable. If I would have known that it is like this, I would have never ordered. I just needed 1 trial bottle that I wanted to try. Please address my concern immediately

I have ordered testoultra for one bottle which was rated @1995 per bottle but my account has been debited for rupees 8960 please explain about this and I want to cancel my order please cancel my order and refund me as early as possible please don't loot or cheat like this charge only for what order please don't charge any hidden charges thank you please resolve this complaint faster

I have not made any purchase whatsoever from BIOTRIMLABS. they deducted Rs 595 from my account illegally on[protected] without my permission which is a violation of the rules of land(India). Therefore you are requested to refund the amount to my account immediately failing which the legal action will be initiated against the company as per the rule of land(india). You are also hereby warned not to use my account in future in any way.
