Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is Ashish Kancharlawar I Joined Birla Financial Distribution Limited on 03.07.2017 for Nagpur Region this company is working for K Sera Sera Group Subsidiary Company Birla Gold & Precious Metals Limited. I joined Birla Financial Distribuiton Limited as a Branch Manager, Management has told me that you have to recruit a team of Business Development Managers and through them you have to sell company Gold Investment SIP of Birla Gold & Precious Metals Limited. They have clearly told us that your BDM salary will be on variable and your salary is Fixed and it was clearly mentioned in offer letters . I have recruited so many BDM`s and picked up some business and informed to the management but when they told me without completing your targets you will not get your salary i said in this scenerio i am unable to work for your company as you people have cheated me you have clearly told me that my salary is fixed and now you are denying to pay and now if you are not giving my salary than what is the assurance that my customer will get their gold after 11 months so they asked me to leave the organisation on 1st August 2017 and not paid my salary for the month of July 2017 as my salary is not received till the date i have not given them resignation and still in the system of Birla Financial Distribution Limited.
Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and take some strict action on t company if they are not giving our salary than what is the guarantee of customer investment.
