Dear sir/madam,
My name is hemant bhaisare i joined birla financial distribution limited on 10.07.2017 employee code : bfbh0228 who work for k sera sera group subsidiary company birla gold & precious metals limited. I joined birla financial distribuiton limited as a branch manager initially company representative has told me that you have to recruit a team of business development managers and through them you have to sell company gold investment sip of birla gold & precious metals limited. They have clearly told us that your bdm salary will be on variable and your salary will be fixed and it was clearly mentioned in offer letters also. I have recruited so many bdm`s and given some business to the company but after completion of the month management has denied to release our salary and demanding for more business to release our salary we have asked our seniors that if this is company policy than why you people have not told us at the time of our joining and why it is not mentioned in offer letters but management is not listening anything and they have sent us deceleration copy and forcing us to sign where it is mentioned that our salary is based on business if we failed to give business as per management target than they will either release our partial salary or they will not going to pay single rupee to the employees. When we denied to sign letter they have processed my termination without paying my salary.
Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and take some strict action on this type of company if they are not giving salaries to employees that what is the guarantee of customer investment.
