You have wrongly reported my normal personal Loan as Restructured Loan with CIBIL. This is not only wrong and grossly unjustified but illegal too as you have hampered my credit report which has affected my life as I am not being able to apply for loan consolidation to reduce my EMI burden, My score has dipped to 800+ in CIBIL to769 due to this.
The Loan account number #ABFLND_PL[protected] is showing as a restructured Loan in CIBIL this has dropped down my score from to 800+ to 769786. This is disgusting to say the least.
I have also raised a dispute with CIBIL and have also raised my issue with RBI by sending them a detailed email.
I request you to do the needful correction with CIBIL AND OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I will report this to court because this WRONGFUL REPORTING by ABFL has jeopardized my credibility and is hampering my standing with other banks.
This is grossly wrong to trash my CIBIL report in this manner. I want this rectified immediately. I would want this to be corrected in the next 5-7 days.
This is NOT done and I expect a resolution asap. Else I have all payment records etc. and I am going to report this to RBI and go to court.
