Birla Power Solutions — Non Payment of Fixed Deposit Amount

I have done a Fixed Deposit with Birla Power Solutions Ltd on 07/09/2013 which matured on 06/09/2016. i have sent signed copy of the deposit for redemption through courier on 11/08/2016 which reached their agent (Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd) . I called up their agent Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd at least 5-6 times and they continued to say that they have received no intimation from Birla Power Solutions regarding payment. Later spoke to Mr. Praful Shah, but he said company is not in position to pay back. Till date no hearing from them.

Please look into the matter, as such bog brands are eating peoples hard earned money. Please help me to take my legitimate payment and suitable compensation for this inordinate delay.
