[Resolved] Birla Power Solutions Ltd — Non Payment of Fixed Deposit Amount | |||
I have done a Fixed Deposit with Birla Power Solutions Ltd on 12/10/2012 which matured on 11/10/2014. i have sent signed copy of the deposit for redemption through courier on 30th August 2014 which reached their agent (Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd) on 4th September 2014. I called up their agent Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd at least 5-6 times and they continued to say that they have received no intimation from Birla Power Solutions regarding payment and have disbursed those payments whose maturity was on August. No payment for September and October are being made and they can not say when further payments would be made as first they would disburse payment for September then the turn for October payment would come. It may take any time and they are not sure about it. I have a policy with HDFC whose payment need to be made by October and it is for this only that i made this deposit. Please help me to take my legitimate payment and suitable compensation for this inordinate delay. Was this information helpful? | |||

My father Mr Kewal Krishna had invested his retirement money, Rs 1lakh in your Coy FD in 2012 for his daughter's wedding. FD no 0030939, maturity Dt 28/05/2015.Till Dt no Principal or Interest money received. Sorry state of affairs. Exactly same amount invested, n Same is the case with Birla Shloka Edu Tech Ltd FD[protected]. Something wrong with Birla Group it seems.
Pl do the needful asap.

As my daddy raghavendra .v.deshpande has deposited in birla solutions ltd rs 25000 in year 2010 19 .10.2010 and maturity date was 21 .09.2013 amount is rs 34965 so when we will get recover money and what is the procedure for the claim please help in this matter
