Dear Sir/Madam,

In the hope of Getting batter option by the help of Birla Sun Life
Insurance I have opted investment policy No.[protected],dt.21/1/2008 Amount
12000/-P.A.with the name of SONIKA JAIN Continue the policy since last
3 year's and Now i willing to surrender the policy as i am passing
throw a financial crises,So for the above reason i have submitted my
withdrawn form on dt.22/02/2012 and expected to received 29000/-+
which is not yet being handover to me.

As i was told to received cheque.after surrender the policy within 15
Day's which is already been over.
In this regards i spoken to customer care representative but the
answer was dissatisfy.

i approach my nearest Birla Sun Life Insurance Branch,Shopping
Centre,Kota these people also not know about the cheque.

    As i had applied for licencing in the birla sunlife life insurance.I was the licenced agent from ICICI Lombard gic ltd.Birla employee created applied the request for licence as composite with lombard licence.My lombard licence no is 4652196.As i got failed in the licencing exam and now I an not ready to to compleate the further licencing due to some personal problem and due to that reason the renewal og icicilombard gic ltd licence renewal not possible as urn of birla is reflecting as active.Kindly made this resolved to process the further licencing procedure of icici lombard licence renewal.

      Ref: My Policy No.[protected], of Aditya Kumar – Self – Mobile No.[protected]

      With reference to the above policy, I may inform you that at the time of taking this policy, I was contacted by your Mr. Rahul ([protected]) for Vision Plan of Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd., C.P. New Delhi Branch and they informed me that I will be paid back my previously laps 3 policies from Birla Sun Life of the premium amount of Rs.46,000/- if I opt for this policy. He informed me that he is the employees of Birla Sun Life Insurance Company and there is no broker in between.

      Now on contacting them, they are not attending to my calls and started ignoring me.

      On going through this, I want to know:

      Whether both of them are the employees of your company or agent?

      If there is no such type of offer, then how they made false commitments just to fetch business from the customers by fooling them thereby spoiling the image of Birla Sun Life Insurance Co.

      What action your company is going to take against them i.e. Mr. Rahul ?

      How can I surrender this policy, keeping in view your fraudulent dealings?

      How can I contact them, please give me their official and home address and landline numbers so as to take legal action against them as they are not attending my mobile phone calls.

      I therefore request you to kindly intervene in the matter and take suitable action against all these frauds under intimation to me.

        Dear Sir,

        We BIG Synergy Media Ltd. a investor of Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund - Scheme Name Birla Sun Life Ultra Short Term Retail Growth. We required our account statement for the period from 08-Oct-2011 to 31.03.2012 for statutory audit purpose its very urgent. But even after consulting with Customer Care of the Company & submitting request for hard copy on 22.03.2012, they still not delivered it . Today i again call them & request them for delivered it urgently on mail id of company, but they still ignore it & said that e mail id is not registered & you need to wait for hard copy or wait for approval of mail id.
        They said that due to some technical mistake they were not able to dispatch it.

        I requested you to kindly help us in this case because our stat. auditor is objecting due to this.

          Dear Sir,

          Re: - Complaint against Birla Sunlife Insurance co.

          Ref: - (1) My policy no.[protected] Date. 10.08.11

          I have invested in above two policies of Birla Sunlife. But I have been cheated by some mediators of the company, most likely their adviser M/s Vighnaharta direct insurance Broking (P) Ltd.
          The complete story is like this:-
          (A) I received a call on 25.07.11, telling her name as Neha Dixit, Mumbai, she told herself as officer funds in the office of “Birla Sunlife”. Afterwards Mr. Soni from Mumbai (telling himself as fund manager) called me referring the conversation with Neha Dixit. They told me to invest Rs. 50000/- in “vision plan” and told that they are speaking directly from Birla Sunlife’s office and there is no mediator between us. As there in no mediator, the company will give the following benefits:-
          After investment of Rs. 50000/- per year for 5 years I’ll get 5x5000 =250000/-
          140% bonus of Ist year premium = 70000/-
          Interest on maturity =160000/-
          Total Return = 480000/-

          As such I have to invest Rs. 50000/- Per year for 5 years and will get Rs. 480000/-. After 5 years, this policy will be matured and after that I have not to pay anything. While as per the Policy bond received by me, I have to pay yearly premium for 18 years. It was told to me by both of the above persons that if someone confirms me over telephone for 18 years premium, I should accept it. This is only the formality, but actually I have to pay the premium for 5 years.

          (B) Again on 15.09.11, I received a call from Gunjan Gupta, Delhi and further from Mr. Rajeev Agarwal, Delhi telling the same words that they are the employees of “Birla Sunlife” and there is no mediator. They told that I have been selected as special customer of the company, as I am the existing investor of (Rs. 30000/- on 28.01.10, Rs. 50000/- on 10.08.11) Rs. 80000/- Per year and if I invest further 50000/-, then the company will give me the following benefits:-
          (1) On my investment of Rs. 30000/- of 10.08.11, I’ll get Rs. 138000/- on 28.06.13.
          (2) On my investment of Rs. 50000/- of 10.08.11, I have not to pay any installment further and I’ll get Rs. 210000/- on 10.08.2014.
          (3) On my new investment of Rs. 50000/-, I have to pay total 3 installments i.e. Rs. 1.50 Lacs in 3 years and I’ll get Rs. 290000/- on 15.09.14.

          Once again I invested Rs. 50000/- on 15.09.11, thinking that I am dealing directly with the company. But again, I did not find such commitment In the policy bond received by me. Instead of it, as per policy, I have to pay the premium for 10 years.


          On reading the policy bond carefully, I found that the name of some broker
          M/s Vighnaharta direct insurance Broking (P) Ltd. is written in it.

          I have never dealt with any broker, then how this name is reflected. Either this broker has made me fool in the name of “Birla Sunlife” or some employees of the company are involved in this conspiracy with this agent.
          On dialing the numbers of the persons contacted me, I found that all the numbers are fake and disconnected. I tried to contact with the agent named above at the phone no. written in policy, this no. was also not responding.
          Above people send some Mr. Rajeev Sharma of Alwar to collect the Cheque of premium and Mr. Rajeev Sharma told that he is a manager in Birla Sunlife office at Ganpati Tower, Alwar. On searching to Mr. Sharma, I found that the phone is disconnected. And on going at the Alwar address I found that the office of Birla Sunlife is closed for the past 2 years.
          Please enquire into the matter and either the company should full fill their telephonic commitments or should refund all the premiums paid by me as above.
          I have already complaint to the company but they have denied to do anything.

              Radhika Chawla gives me a plan after promise me we will give you 24%
              annual income on your investment, If the company not paying you then i assured
              you i will pay you the 24% annual profit to you than i make my mind to take the plan, after some time she gives me a another plan on same promise again after
              some time she told me please you take a agency of our company than i make some policy in under your agent code for recovering of your loss as a commicion and she made ma a agent of birlasunlife than she told me pl you make a single policy in your account for continue the code and she make my policy but than i sea the policy policy made by under the another agent code than i make my mind for surrender the policy she again promiced me i will make a new policy under your agent code than i also take a new policy but up to till date i have no received any policy or commision.Thus so many times Radhika chawla make me a fool so i request to you please look into the metter and take action against the lier cheater fraud Radhika Chawala.               Insurance agents are very clever people . i was also cheated by fraud kanav chawla .

              Not all but mostly insurance agents are only concerned about their commission . once they get commission, they dont care about the customer . they will sell you useless policies just because they get high commissions for that.

              kanav chawla a fraud, cheater and robber looted me sameway .

              Many innocent people lose lakhs of rupees due to such fraud insurance agents .

              LIC is comparatively safe then private insurance companies.

              lic offers less return but it is government owned and is more trustable then these private companies which hires dalals like kanav chawla who loot and cheat people for their profit.
              kanav chawla is a gay ... He fooled me also ...

              Govt. companies like Lic is also not good but the only choice left because all private insurance company are full of sick homosexual like kanav chawla.

                Hi.

                I have three policies with BLSI. The first one[protected] had the address 45 Sivaraman Street which used to be editable or maybe
                I raised a request to change it - that part I'm not sure. One thing I am sure was that it used to show the correct address after that.

                Then after that I have taken two more policies[protected],[protected] each having the correct address 4/5 Sivaraman street which I
                have verified with the original policies.

                One fine day sometime in July 2011, I was shocked to see some Hyderabad address and from then on I have made numerous calls and sent
                many mails to get that rectified - And no need to guess it was the same answer again and again like this will be rectified within 2 weeks or
                something like that but till 2012 February, it was showing the same Hyderabad address (which I am no way connected to).

                I am really shocked and frustrated that such a reputable company could afford to make mistakes with such sensitive data of the customer.

                Do not ask me to come to your office and give change of address request - If you can afford to change my address from Chennai address
                to some god damn Hyderabad address without any such request from my side I dont think there is any such trouble in changing it back
                to my correct address.

                Before you insist on me coming to your office to give all the documents that you have mentioned kindly explain to me why this "resolution"
                was not provided when I reported it first? Why the hell did I keep getting the same replies that it will be resolved within 2weeks, etc like that?

                Let me remind you again that this was reported sometime in July 2011 (Pls check in your database). I am currently abroad and will be coming
                back to India only by September.

                SO KINDLY PLS DO NOT TRY TO CALL MY MOBILE AND PROVIDE ANOTHER "RESOLUTION"
                SAYING WE TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU AND SINCE YOU DID NOT RESPOND WE WOULD TAKE IT AS THE ISSUE

                  I am Policy holder of “Supreme life death benefit A” and my Policy no is[protected], I activated ECS Payment in Jan 2007 and my last premium payment was 20 Jan 2012 which is successfully finished, but still from Birla sunlife insurance side next ECS request was gone in my saving bank branch (janakalyan sahakari bank, bhandup (E) and because of insufficient money in my saving account they charge me Rs 119 fine.
                  In policy it is written that premium payment is for five years then still birla sunlife insurance ask for next ECS Payment in my saving branch
                  ideally birla sun life insurance have to deactivate my ECS automatically in their system or they have to cal me before deducting my ECS premium which was not done from there side ,I sent mail to client service on 27.2.12 and also sent hard copy letter to on following address
                  6 th Floor ,Vaman center,Makhwana road,off Andheri -kurla road ,near Marol naka ,andheri (E) Mumbai- 400059 ,But still no reply has come from them
                  i am requesting to bank manager to deactivate my ECS status from your side as I completed my last premium and please refund my Rs 119 which was cancel from my saving bank because of Birla sunlife insurance mistake

                    I have put insurance on birla sun life on 2009 wjich is quarterly 6000rs so far i have paid 60000rs but i have only 45000rs on my account now even if i ask them close the account they are saying i will be charge 17500rs in order to take that if the public is cheated like this where we can go pls help out

                    Life insurance doesn't give good returns. Moreover all the advisor commissions will be given from your investment. Life insurance is meant only for life cover. For good returns you have to invest in share market with good indepth knowledge. In the past 15 days we have closed our client's mutual fund and ULIp for 15 lakhs in chennai and have guided them in invest in share market with good support. They are now making Rs.[protected]/ day.

                      *Details of the Complaint: Termination of my 5 yrs old life Insurance Policy by BIRLA SUN LIFEINSURANCE COMPANY WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION AND ON THEIR FAULT.

                      The details are as under:

                      1) I bought this policy" FLEXI CASH FLOW 2006" ON 28TH OCT,2006: Sum assured Rs.45lacs, annual premium Rs.4,23,540/-THROUGH CITI BANK.

                      2) Paid regular premium( upto 29th october,2009) amounting to Rs.13,05,914.99..THE COMPANY PROMIISED 10% RETURN BUT DUE TO THEIR MIS MANAGEMENT ,The policy was running into huge cash losses.

                      3) Inspite of that ,I Continued the policy( as life Insurance coverage was Rs 45,00,000/-) and had no intention to disturb the policy in any manner.

                      4)As per the policy terms on completion of 5 years (i.e oct,2011) a partial withdrawal of Rs.9,00,000/- was allowed but I was not sure how much I would get as I did not pay any premium after October,2009.


                      5)To know whether I am entitled to withdraw or not , I sent a mail to customer care ..BUT NO REPLY WAS GIVEN

                      6) I went to Birla sun life Gurgaon branch and they informed me that i am entitled for Rs.6,40,000/- (no calculation was shared with me) without hampering the policy in any manner whatsoever and thereafter I submitted the papers asked by them .I HADNO INTENTION TO WITHDRAW NY AMOUNT IF THEY WOULD HAVE NOT ASSURED ME THAT THIS WITHDRAWAL WILL NOT AFFECT MY POLICY. The amount was also calculated by them not me.

                      7) I received Rs.6,39,200/- on 9th November,2010 by way of transfer to my savings Account with ICICI BANK.

                      (8) On third January,2012, i just logged in to Birla sun life web site to check status on my policies and was SHOCKED, as my policy was not reflecting there and immediately wrote an email to them with docket no: 273227.

                      9) on 11th January,2012 i received a reply in response to my query that "post withdrawal of survival benefit your policy has terminated from december,28th ,2011".

                      10) It was a shocking news to me as I could not understand that how can somebody terminate a Life Insurance policy without any information or intimation irrespective of NAV and other valuations.

                      11)In the circumstances , I feel that a customer do not have control over the valuation of the policy and also it is practically impossible to keep track on its value on daily basis. No information from anybody not even their so called relationship manager or Branch(Gurgaon) provided any such informations.

                      12. I wrote several mails and reminders to customer care starting from 11th january,12th january,2012 and again on 3rd feburary,2012 (attached)

                      There after i have been continuously following up with the gurgaon branch and also with customer care but no reply is given to me except that gurgaon branch informed me that COMPANY HAS ACCEPTED THEIR MISTAKE DUE TO TECHNICAL FAULT AND WILL REVIVE YOUR POLICY SOON.

                      13. Today (13th feburary,2012)…I received a mail stating that my policy is terminated and nothing can be done by them is as under (mail attached)
                      ” We refer to the below attached query.
                      We would like to inform you that as per the product feature, Survival Benefit is paid at the end of every 5th policy year and the remainder on Maturity. An amount equal to the minimum of the Guaranteed Fund Value or Sum Assured will be reduced from the Guaranteed Fund Value and made available for the purpose of Partial Withdrawal/s.

                      Further, as per the Closure of Policy clause mentioned in the policy provisions, the policy would terminate if the fund value falls below one Annual policy premium net of the Surrender charges hence, we regret to inform you that post withdrawal of the survival benefit your policy has terminated from December 28, 2011 and the same cannot be reinstated.

Kindly visit our website or the nearest branch for assistance in registration of your updated contact information.

                      MY ISSUES:
                      1) HOW CAN A COMAPANY TAKE UNILATERAL ACTION WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION OF ANY NATURE.

                      2) WHY MY EMAIL'S ARE NOT REPLIED

                      3)WHY did The Gurgaon branch informed me that the partial withdrawal will not affect my policy in any manner...otherwise i would have not withdrawn any amount and would have continued the policy.
                      4) Do you think it is practically possible for a customer to track on NAV on daily basis?????

                      5) As per the closure clause” After first three years, if the policy fund value falls to one annual Policy Premium net of surrender charges, we will terminate the policy and pay surrender value to you” I am raising this issue to you because ,if this termination was not by mistake then why have they not paid the surrender value to me even after two months of termination of my life insurance policy.

                      Kindly intervene and get help me fight for justice as these private companies are enjoying good profit at the cost common man and take advantage of certain clauses which are framed to fool customer:::the management of funds is purely in their hands and fund value is also in their hands…..how can a common man save him self from their cheating

                      They arehiding their mistake asit was them who advised me to withdraw and thereafter in less then one months time they terminated without any intimation to me.




                      *Have you Approached Insurance Company Regarding This Grievance (If Yes Provide Ref No ) Yes……. several times in the past starting from 3rd January,2012… vide docket no 273227…sent several reminders to them thereafter on on 11th ,12th January and on 3rd feburary,2012.

                        I had taken a plan from BSLI named BSLI Vision Plan on 17/11/2011.At the time of issue their advisor PRAMOD SARASWAT (Mob. [protected]) Advisor Code DK 1143, explained that though it's plan for my daughter ,my family would get a huge lumpsum amount in case of my death.He also verbally assured that the minimum amount my daughter would get at the time of maturity i.e., 25 years is 35-36 lac . On his assurance I took the policy.
                        Now on verification I have found that it's totally wrong.The person insured is my daughter and in case of my death my family wouldn't get any money till 25 years i.e., maturity of policy; only the premium need not be paid. Further the promise of 35-36 lac is fake and it will be totally company's decision at the time of maturity how much money will be disbursed and it could be as low as 20lac.
                        When I tried to verify these facts from him he tried his level best to convince me not to surrender the policy and repeated the above promises.He tried to prevent me from taking any other policy from LIC too.
                        Now although I am surrendering the policy I am at loss of Rs.12000/- since it will not be reimbursed.

                          very poor service and good avenue to trap customers and swallow their hard earned saving by promising rosy pictures specially by their agents like IDBI bank and then don't provide any after sales service. Some times what the investor get after a period of five years may be 1/3 of what he/she has paid to the company.

                              My father and mother has bought policy of birla sun life insurance company and due to some personal problems we were not able to continue that policy further. so when we contacted the insurance company and told them that we want to surrender our policy and you should deduct your reasonable amount and refund the balance amount they replied that out of rs. 130000 paid you will get only rs. 23000. They said this was mentioned in their policy details while at the time of getting the policy they didn't mention anything. I am having all the relevant documents with me please do help us.

So, my friends please beware of these frauds (Birla Sun Life and Citi Bank) and do not buy this policy otherwise you will also lose your hard earned money like I have lost...

Now i joined hdfc bank as a personal banker. I need to apply irda exam against through corporate. I want to cancel URN from irda. Already request letter given to pondicherry birla sun life branch for URN cancellation. But till now not cancel URN code. So please accept my complaint do the needful.

                                    I have purchased a single premimum policy wide policy No.[protected] from Birla SunLife of Rs. 50000/- in june 2010, when i purchased that poliy agent told me that is FD plan and you get minnimum Rs. 100000/- after 6 year, but i have not received my policy document till date , I have communicate so many times at custmer care also with agent and employee. But they gave regural dates that i will recieve my policy but on none of the given dates i recived my policy . Now company saying that i have to pay my 2nd premimum to get my policy documents. But when i purchased that policy they ask me for only Single premimum... So request you Plz do the needful for solution

                                      In October 2001 I had taken a single premium policy (No.[protected] for Rs 100,000 with a single premium of Rs 100,000 paid on application, The policy was under Flexi Cash Flow which as per the terms of the policy document had assured minimum policy value of Rs 147,629.26 under Protector option, or 3% return annualised. However, on maturity in October 2011 I got only Rs. 74,055.38. I have been writing to the company but have failed to get a convincing reason for the vastly reduced maturity amount,

                                        I am Satyanarayan Kulkarni having policy number[protected]. I am really fed up of your services and it is very much worst experience for me with you people. I never expected this kind of behaviour from you people. You are really worst people.

                                        I want to surrender my policy for which i need duplicate bond.

                                        I have submitted all required documents with notary and all in Indira Nagar Bangalore office branch on 21 December 2011. Today i went to Indira Nagar branch today and i am told from that stupid people that i need to pay some more months premium and all.

                                        Please Please Please Please Issue me new bond. I request you to issue duplicate bond. I promise that i will never ever do any business with you people.

                                        Please Please issue me duplicate bond ASAP.
