This is Vinay,
I have booked same Flat from GoDirect named park Elite from BPTP of Area 300 sqyard.
I am Facing Same problem from Go Direct infotech.

At the Time of booking they promissed to give discount of 5% and i was told that they will provide me documents for the same when they will receive it from BPTP but after amount of 3Lac. got deducted from my account Naveen Garg (managing Person of GO Direct) said that as you have not any document which states that we offered you Discount we will not pay you any Discount.

At booking they Offered me that you will get Floor of your choice but last week i got Call from Naveen garg stating that as we have not given you discount so as compentation we are giving you Ground Floor.
While this was deal that they will provide me Floor of my Choice and 5% Discount, the Girl who Deals with me was Sytel ([protected]) and Person name was naveen garg ([protected])

They even did not provide me copy of Application and told me that BPTP will provide you this copy and BPTP Told me that this copy should be provided by Broker not BPTP.

they never replied my any mail regarding this issue.

My No is [protected] and i amWorking in HCL Technologies and this was my first Purchase of property so i was not aware that such kind of things are there in the market so find my self struck in fraud and harrashment Made by Go Direct infotech.

I checked market vlaue of my Flat and All Broker said that you have to pay 5% amount from your Pocket if you want to resale your Flat.

I am totally Fedup with this thing that i am not even getting my money, all due to these Persons.

Please suggest me how to proceed against them or if you can help me any.
I made written complain aginst them in BPTP but no result neither any reply from BPTP.
Actually i booked 2 Flats of Area 300 and 180, bymistake they had given 3% of Discount to second flat(180) but no discount to flat of area300 sq yard.

I have also booked a 250 sq/yard floor through GoDirect (Mr Naveen Garg) but even after contantly calling him from past 5 months I have not yet received my remaining 3 % discount as commited earlier from GoDirect.
I have this discount mentioned in my application form which I have submitted earlier to BPTP but even after that Mr Naveen Garg is not willing to pay my discounted amount.
Anyone can suggest how to take action against this person ??
I think we have to make a group to fight against this company or we have to tell BPTP to black list this company and help us to get oor discount.
I think Mr Jolly and Mr Mukesh Khan(He deals with all dealor discount from brokers) from BPTP are the right people to help us out.

I have had a similar experience with Godirect people.

I booked a flat in Unitech Sunbreeze Gurgaon through Godirect and my contact person was Mr. Naveen Garg. They offered a discount of 3.25% and gave me a credit note for the same, with the condition that the amount will be given once 30% payment is made to Unitech.

Now, I made the 30% payment in Feb'10 and have been subsequently following up with them.

A recent development is that I made a visit to their office address today:
Direct Infotech Limited
E-2 Building - Sector 125 Noida - 201301

I came to know that the office is closed for the last one month. Also, the numbers of Naveen Garg and Manika are not working.

I guess they are in no mood to honour their commitment.

The time has come for all o[censored]s to go to Consumer Forum and file a complaint against this company.
Those o[censored]s who have the credit note have the proof to offer and those who do not have can also join the complaint citing their dealing with Godirect.

same experience here for Vatika flats. No credit note was given. Manika and Prashant have cheated. Their phone nos. are also not working. Now i came to know (from above comments)office is also closed.
What should be done ?

Hi Folks,

I too had a bad experience with Godirect People(Naveen garg). I booked a flat through them in September'09 and now when he has to pay back the agreed commsion he is not picking up the phone. Would request all to file a complaint in consumer court to cancel their licence.

I would like to complain about the above mentioned co, the facts of which are stated below

1. In the month of May I had booked a flat in Faridabad offerd by BPTP through the agent Go direct which offered 5 % discount ( dealer discount). The amount works out to approx 1.25 lacs
2. The name of the employee whom I dealt with was Pinky who has now left the company

3. As they had advertised the dealer discount, they dis not give any document in writing at the time of booking

4. I had innocently booked the flat and gave them a cheque of initial booking of 3 lacs

5. I was told that I they would send the credit note for the 5% discount directly to BPTP and the amount would be subsequenty reduced in my future installments propotionately

5. During my regular follow ups with Go direct staff, I had constantly been told that my discount coupon is being processed .

6. I have now been told bluntly that I am not eligible for any discount as I did not take the discount coupon at the time of booking

7. I had innocently ( not knowing about the facts) handed over the initial booking amount of 3 lacs cheque

I had booked a flat in KLJ Platinum Plus in Greater Faridabad. I have also been duped by Go direct and naveen Garg. the last i got him on phone, he assured me that when i pay the earnest money fully, then the commission amount will be adjusted, but alas nothing has been adjusted and Go direct has vanished. Hahi... i am working with tiz company as part time... yet nw i have earned 2000 rupees... ther are some techniques which they don't teach... only complaint from my side s they're not picking calls... tats it...
