[Resolved]  Birla Sun Life — Claim reimbursement

I have taken BSLI vision plan with hospital care rider which covers your hospital expenses of sum assured Rs 150000. In this March I was diagnosed with cancer and admitted to hospital for 45 days. After discharge I have submitted all the required and asked documents by BSLI as soon as possible for reimbursement of my hospital expenses of my illness. Now its been more than a month and they are postponing it everyday by asking some other documents. They are not able to explain it properly as this Hospital care rider included in my policy is by some third party insurance company ( MDIndia ) which a customer does not know, only knew once I have submitted documents for claim reimbursement.They are asking me to directly contact MDIndia for claim processing. As everyday this is happening as if they don't care about their client's right to get claim when its needed and legal. This process has become very much mentally and physically harassment for me as I am still undergoing my cancer treatment ( chemotherapy).
